The Director of Operations (formerly known as the Director General) is the most senior director and employee of the NAA. They along with other directors lead the agency and make important decisions.
Director of Aviation Training: HIKA_90
The Director of Aviation Training is certified as the leader of the National Aviation Training Academy and have full control over flight training in the agency.
Director of Public Relations:
The Director of Public Relations (also known as the Chief Secretary) maintains all relations with the public and also keeps in contact with other agency heads such as SAHP and Noose.
Director of Disciplinary Action:
The Director of Disciplinary Action is in charge of deciding what punishments should be handed out to members and other related jobs. They also analyse incidents.
Director of Finance:
The Director of Finance is in charge of allocating all financial resources to other directors and departments.
Director of Human Resources:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for recruiting all non airport/flight staff such as administrative and clerical staff.
Director of Crash Investigation:
The Director of Crash Invrestigations is in charge of investigating incidents and finding solutions to them.
Director of Policy Reform:
The Director of Policy Reform is in charge of analysing all policy and making changes and edits to it when necessary. They also advise the other directors when major changes may need to take place.
Director of Airport Staff:
The Director of Airport Staff is in charge of coordinating all airport ground staff. They are also in charge of recruiting and overviewing staff.
